Return Policy
At Chromathread, we stand behind our men’s apparel collection including shirts, polos, jackets, sweaters and graphic‑print sweatshirts. We offer 30‑Day Easy Returns for eligible orders as advertised on our website. Please read the terms below carefully before submitting return requests.
Return Eligibility
You may apply for a return within 30 calendar days counting from delivery date. Products must satisfy all conditions: ‑ Items remain unworn, unwashed, free of stains and damage; ‑ Original tags and packaging are fully attached and intact; ‑ Items are not marked as final‑sale.
Return Procedure
- Send email to service@chromathread.com with your order number and return reason to obtain return authorisation.
- Await our official reply and return shipping instructions. Do NOT send items back without prior approval.
- Securely pack merchandise and ship to designated return location as instructed.
Return Shipping Cost
Seller-Responsible Returns. If the item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, or is affected by a quality fault on our side, we will cover the return shipping cost and issue a full refund or replacement at no extra charge to you. The original shipping cost paid at checkout is non-refundable.
Buyer-Initiated (Change of Mind) Returns. For returns requested for reasons other than a defect or error on our side — such as a change of mind, sizing or style preference, or the item not being what you expected — the return shipping cost shall be borne by the buyer. The applicable return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. No restocking fee will be charged.

Refund Process & Timeline
Once returned goods are received, inspected and approved: ‑ Refunds will be processed to your original payment channel within 5‑10 business days. ‑ Banks and card issuers may require additional processing time for funds to reflect in your account.
Right of Refusal
We reserve the right to decline return applications or deduct corresponding refund amount if returned goods show signs of wear, dirt, missing tags or man‑made damage.
